ROADRUNNER SCHOOL LUNCH PIZZA PROGRAM

51% Whole Wheat Crust

Awarded “Best Tasting” Pizza by the Oregon Department of Education’s expert panel!

Roadrunner Pizza is proudly served in the largest school districts across Oregon.

How Do Roadrunner Pizzas Achieve Their Signature Pizzeria Flavor?

Once thawed to room temperature, the yeast in our dough reactivates, allowing it to rise or “proof.” Baking the pizza immediately after proofing is the only way to achieve a true pizzeria-quality crust.

Can Roadrunner Pizzas Be Cooked from Frozen?

No. For the best results, pizzas must be thawed overnight in the cooler and then proofed at room temperature before baking.

Is There a Detailed Cooking Guide Available?

Yes! The “Cooking Recipe” sheet below can be downloaded using the link at the bottom of this page.
